Refund policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To quality for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also appear in the original packaging.
Many types of products are not returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift Cards .
Downloadable Software Products.
Some health and personal care items .

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchases to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if any)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened
Anything that is not not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error .
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery .

Refunds (if any)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is published.

Items sold (if any)
Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately, the items can not be refunded .
If the item has been marked as a gift when purchasing and shipping directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item has not been marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor has received the order that was sent to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and will inform you of your return.
You will be responsible for paying your delivery charges to return your item. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
